VRK Diet Roti Flour or Ultra Low Card Flour contains seeds mix (sunflower, flax, melon, pumpkin), Isolated Whey Protein, Defatted Soy Flour, Defatted Coconut Flour, Almond Flour and Psyllium Husk.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Add 1/2 cup flour in 1/3 cup of regular water in a bowl and knead till the dough is smooth before making rotis.
