Miracle rice is made from Konjac Plant. A type of root vegetable with 97% water and 3% fiber. A 100g of serving of Miracle Rice contains only 10 calories, compared to 130 calories in a serving of white rice.
Miracle Rice is very low in carbohydrates with only one gram of carbs per serving compared to 28 grams in white rice.

First of all the label is misleading, the country of origin has to be country name,not the city name. I know it’s a marketing gimmick that China rice might be a plastic rice but legally u can’t put city name as the name says it all,country of origin is the country name. Secondly the price is tooo expensive.
Miracle Rice/Konjac Rice Dry (1kg)
Before starting diet, my weight was82.2 kg.After ten days of doing vek diet, my weight increased to 83.2 kg. To clarify my doubt i checked my blood sugars before and after eating konjac rice alone. 170 was my fasting blood sugar, and 199,252,255 and 231 are the respective blood sugars for every half an hour post eating konjac rice alone. Did iodine test at home and the color changed tk black indicating starch in it. Remaining vrk products are good but they should also check the konjac rice nutrition properly at their supplier.

This is toooo costly. Not worth the price. Konjak noodles and rice is also available in amazon.Any other shopping websites. Here it is too costly and not affordable
