VRK Diet Roti Flour (Ultra Low Carb Flour)
VRK Diet Roti Flour or Ultra Low Card Flour contains seeds mix (sunflower, flax, melon, pumpkin), Isolated Whey Protein, Defatted Soy Flour, Defatted Coconut Flour, Almond Flour and Psyllium Husk.
Cooking Instructions:
- Add 1/2 cup flour in 1/3 cup of regular water in a bowl and knead till the dough is smooth before making rotis.

Roti flavour smell is very terrifying
Iam vegetarian. Unable to make chapati or rotis and price also too high.
Costly but very good too
